As Sheetz Kwik Shopper continued to grow, Bob and Steve Sheetz supplemented their deli products with a selection of doughnuts and other baked goods. This photograph was taken in store No. 15 in Tyrone, Pennsylvania.

By the mid-1970s, coffee had become a best-selling staple in Sheetz Kwik Shopper locations.

In 1976, Bob Sheetz established the company’s first advisory board. This 1979 photograph shows an early incarnation of the group. From left to right are (first row) Bob and Steve Sheetz; (second row) Irv Bregman, Bill Ward, Lucius Kellam, and John Hudgins.
